Yeh English on Steam. No screenshot of her on the Steam version yet. The game never got released in US/EU because of the extreme lewd loli content in it.

What's funny is that origin gives free games and even better deals than steam nowadays.
It's just that most of the platform is EA garbage.
But I do appreciate the free command and conquer games I got.
