Best movie I ever pirated but you can tell that everything that happens in the epilogue DLC was meant to be elaborated more and be its own game.
The director even confirmed as much, but since the game bombed Capcom told him in advance he wouldn't be given a chance to make a sequel so he managed to at least beg them to make a DLC to wrap up the story.

Look up the achievement/trophy completion rate for the game.
Only 5% of people that finished the base game also have DLC completion achis, meaning most people never got it.
