Mega Man 2 wasn't entirely polished either, even though it's the one Capcom always goes to for nostalgia bucks. Mega Man 3 refined the physics and added the slide, and despite being a game that was rushed out the door I honestly think it's a more cohesive product.

Too bad about the Doc Robots being rather dickish and drawn-out though.

Wii: forever stuck in shitty 480i, no way to force 240p OR 480p, and to add insult to injury, if you set the Wii to 16:9, it adds pillarboxing instead of treating it like a VC game so you adjust the aspect on the display, leading to lower pixel density than an NES game. not even homebrew solves these issues, and even dolphin cannot accurately force the right resolution.

360/PS3: Shitty blur filter that cannot be removed an an extra frame of lag.
