The RPG battles were horribly boring. The only difficulty is at the start where the first boss has way too much HP so you have to heal yourself every once in a while.

The world building was great and interesting at the start of the game but instead the plot decided to focus on extremely uninteresting characters which made the story really boring after the first fifth of the game.

Battle system was very... stale. Some of the puzzles were unintuitive, and the final boss was a letdown.

Hugo, Zacharie, Sugar and Enoch are survivors of an apocalypse. (No really enough evidences for The Judge and Valerie)
Hugo is sickly but also some kind of esper and create a fake world, and the Queen and Batter based on his parents.
Her and the Guardians become more concerned with the new world than with Hugo, and the Batter somehow come back to the Zones with a sacred mission (purifying the zones from the spectres) and the player.
Him and the Guardians are being dickheads so he kills all of them, he oversteps his bounds in Zone 3 because he understand that the Elsen themselves are resurrected ghosts of the apocalypse : they are a shobby work inadapted to life whose corpses become ghosts if burned and become ectoplasmic monsters when subject to stress.
So the world is inherently impure and artificial so he decide that destroying the world is the only way to really purify it.
