While 99% of Dawnguard is top-notch, having Vampires killing off everyone in your town at level 10+ gets fucking tiring fast.

Can someone explain to my why this game is so fucking boring? I want to enjoy it; I really do. It's just that every time I start a new game, I'll get into it for maybe a few days, then I just get so bored that I don't even open the game up. I just want to finish the main quest and some guild quest lines, but I always get burned out before getting there

Mods and making combat generally harder got me through my 1st playthrough i didnt finish.
