Objectively breton, orcs are good for their active ability but that doesn't affect magic, bretons have the next best thing which is the best passive in the game 25% magic resist, anyone saying anything else is objectively wrong.

Redguards are the best race by a landslide. They are the most technologically advanced since they aren't magic using faggots, they are the strongest and the fastest. There is nothing they can't do.
