And i stumbled upon a part that made a big impression on me now as well as the first time i played AJ back in 2007

They're all great. Except for Takuro Fuse.

Nuri's definitely the most technically skilled. His art's beautiful, and he creates really incredible atmospheres. I really like Iwamoto, though. I think his illustrations and designs are the most definitive of Ace Attorney.

Suekane's work doesn't appear out in the open much, but she provided a lot of the groundwork for things like Miles Edgeworth's character in the original game, so I think she's kind of underappreciated.

My favorite is Nuri, I love the way he shades and how everyone always looks perfectly detailed no matter what angle they are looking at. I like Suekane but I think she's the weaker of the four.

I'm not a fan of Tatsuro's early work to be honest, but at the same time, I can't help but be biased towards him. I love the way AA looks, and nobody would have done a better job at setting it apart from typical anime than him. Those huge fucking shoulders man, you don't want these lawyers slamming their desk at you. Also, that T&T art piece is the GOAT of the entire franchise, with Nuri's piece of defense attorneys vs prosecutors being a distant yet still great second.

Fuse's art kind of grew on me after a while. At first I hated it, it's basically everything I dislike about Iwamoto's without any of the charm, and I still think Athena's design is fucking stupid, but he gave us punished apollo and blackquill. His designs and technique also improved a lot in SoJ, but I still rate him the lowest because his style is dangerously low budget anime tier.

He just got better with each game and his character designs were simple but stylish enough to distinct a personality trait
Thats something AA4 and AA5 have a hard time doing as they try way too hard and end up losing the charm

I agree with most of your points, but Apollo's snark is god-tier, and missing out on what he doesn't say out loud is a crime. Playing as Apollo with Athena assisting is better than the other way around.

I think Fuse is the better artist but Suekane's work has personality and captures the AA tone really well.

Really wish Fuse's work wasn't so wacky and saturated.
