Well, too bad because it did so many things right, even if it fucked up equally in other places.

First, TIGHT HITBOXES is great. I wish other game would take some notes. An enemy sword can pass between your character's legs and not hit you. Arrows can go between your arm and body.

Still, if I had to make a sequel I'd probably rework the inventory and particularly how you heal yourself with items. Downing twenty Hardspur Milk bottles while in pause is hardly the best way to do it. Next, I'd make it so enemy can also cooperate instead of just pushing each other around. If you have ever fought two gorecyclops at the same time you know what I mean. Finally, I'd probably introduce a little bit of randomness in the spawning of enemies.

Everything else is fine I guess. Bit of polish but nothing major.

Monster Hunter World is basically a Dragons Dogma Total Conversion if you looked closely at it. It sounds like a good idea to get some of the DD fanbase into MonHun, although it may very well suffer the same pitfalls as DD (there's already one too; the sales expectations).
