I use a bliss-box 4play which is a universal adapter that supports 4 different controllers at once. It isn't cheap, and the documentation is pretty iffy but it works without any perceptible input lag.

Alternatively, Sega actually released Saturn controllers for PC (and PS2, as well!), but they also aren't cheap and you likely will need to import them from Japan.
