Four or more years ago when I was 21, I would hit my desk with the palm of my hand. Enough to cause a bit of a rattle, but I never broke anything.

When I broke up with my ex, I punched holes in my closet door, my bedroom door, my wall. Got a bunch of scars on my hand 'cause of it.

Learned from my mistakes.

I got fucking mad as shit as a kid that streets of sim city wouldn't install onto our new upgraded win 98 computer that I put the disc under a office rolling chair and broke it by crushing the disc under it.

Anyone else here too weak to break their controllers by punching them? Even throwing them I find it hard to imagine I'd break them.
