Yeah in 24fps. I have both PS4 and PC, Later one is connected to 144Hz monitor and it's literally painful to me now when games visibly slowdown below 30fps on PS4, which happens a lot.

Well there is some difference between 60 and 144 but not really that much to be honest. I play Rising Storm 2 and frames between 70 and 130 doesn't make much difference to me. Animations are a bit smoother but I didn't really notice it in games, moving mouse on desktop is whole different story but I noticed that games do not rely on so much movement. Still anything below 45 starts to look like GIFs on early 2000 cheap internet connection to me now.
