Quest Mode and Summoner Mode, then sure, but with the speed of the powercreep the game is going right now, its very doubtful you will be able to clear the more recent difficult content because damage reduction leader skills is pretty much a requirement now.

The ridiculous power creep is why I stopped playing. It was stupid enough when Nyami entered the picture and I don't even want to imagine what it is like now. Their business model apparently works since they're still afloat but releasing not only new units every 4 weeks, but an EXTRA batch of NA only units and instead of being sensible and making them sidegrades they're orders of magnitude stronger than last month's batch.

If only they had made content difficult based on more on tactics and less on "stack elements, crit and atk buffs and one unit that can negate whatever the boss can kill you with" it could be fun again.

But they are actually. Stronger bosses actually have specific attack patterns now and pose an actual challenge now. Just using your strongest buffs isn't going to save you anymore. They even have a complete new section called Strategy Zone where you have to plan and play very carefully. It even allows you to swap your units freely in-battle so you can either save your unit or prepare to nuke the boss at the right time.

The problem is that, once again, the powercreep is just so fucking ridiculous that the strategy part of the strategy zone gets completely trivialized after a few months.

Fuck, even in Japan, their newest content was trivialized after ONE FUCKING WEEK because they finally allow you to use your Summoner as an unit in the normal mode.

I played PAD for almost 3 years, it was great fun and the closest i ever came to capturing puzzle quest magic again, unfortunately i didn't like the direction they took the game of, it feel like they ran out of ideas, you get all these revo unit but everything is the same bullshit mixture of OSOBOS and putting up shield to survive (lest you dare take a hit normaly)

I really hate how they introduced that skill imheritance system, the skill are what made the monster, if i can give any monster any skill then the only thing that matter is their awakening and the only awakening that matter are dongs/rows/type slayer (i heard they also added a buff that trigger upon 7 combo or something)

They should just reboot the game, no OSOBOS bullshit, make defensive awakening a thing, if you have to have co-op put some lobby feature or something

I played you everyday consistently for two years until I realized how stressful and annoying it was becoming. Planning out what dungeons I was going to do at what times and making sure I never had full stamina was way too much work for a phone game. I also ended up spending an unnecessary amount on stones that I look back upon in disgust.

I didn't do the "reset until you get a good God" strat and despite that I made it super far with my own special snowflake strats and then it got to the point where I couldn't deal enough damage to beat levels anymore so I would have to spend money on eggs, so I said fuck it and quit.

I was using the three blue birds from the Angry Birds promotion and a big fish that had the same leader power.

It's worth it. You can use all sorts of shields; not just Indra. I use Indra because three turns lets me absorb DQHera's pre-emptive and still tank Kali. The third Haku is more of a luxury since honestly the only reason it's there is as a stat stick to hold either a shield or a burst. You would never realistically use that Haku for Haku's active, so another dark card with decent damage (and one SBR if you're going solo) would do the trick.

The new box sorting feature actually comes in really handy. Evo materials, enhance materials, and tamadras are automatically put into their own boxes. You can then view All, unsorted, and 2 custom sorted boxes. I put all of my rare egg monsters in one box and all of my farmable bullshit in another box. Couple that with the filter by evolveable function and figuring out what I need to evolve my people quickly doesn't require me to sync my phone up to padherder and all of that bullshit.

That's fine, but Haku is an important part of DAthena teams. I very strongly recommend hoarding stones for Godfest so you can try and roll for different subs if you can't get her.

I still did my best to make a team for you:
DAthena/RevoPerspehone/RevoYomi/UUvoDurga/Escha/DAthena (Friend lead) will work fine.

Durga is a decent enough spike, but you'll need to heal the turn you use it or you risk getting killed by preempts. Yomi is a good dark sub in general, but you'll need a good inherit for him.

The awakenings on the team are:
>11 Skill Boosts
>2 Heart Enhances
>12 Dark Enhances
>5 SBR
>6 TE
>2 Blind Resist

If you go through with it, it's important to note that DAthena is a TPA oriented team. I tried to keep this in mind while building the team for you, but you don't have too many TPA dark subs in the Padherder. You might have more in your current box, but you'll have to check for yourself.

I still use a program to intercept my phone's traffic going to PAD's servers and use that information to update my padherder account.

It's not a simple process but once you get everything set up and do it enough times it can be done quickly.

Yeah, during an event they gave out a fuckton of MP. It was enough for most people to buy her iirc, so you'll have no trouble finding other people who run her. (Especially since she's one of the best leads in the game)

If you're going through with buying her, then I'll give you an idea of what you should be looking for in subs when you roll:
>board changers like Haku or Lumiel
>Loki to replace Durga (he's arguably better)
>Orb changers like Sima Yi

As for Skill Inheritance, Orochi is a good delay, and DMeta and Indra are good Shield users. There are some other good ones, but those are some of the more noteworthy ones.
