Overall west is missing people with any sort of impact and it feels like Jeff is there alone in the middle of rather passive people making him passive as well, also their only real premium show seems to be UPF which most of the time is bad where they just play games that are not interesting to watch or ones that everyone has seen. Sometimes there's a magical combination of right game/people/mood and it's a lot of fun but rarely these days.

Obviously exercise and diet are very important but it varies from person to person how important they are. I have a friend who eats pounds of candy every day. He buys all kinds of candy in bulk (and he ordered hundreds of cans of soda for the summer) and he's a thin stick. He doesn't exercise.

My mom is pretty fat and she eats the healthiest of everyone I have ever met. Just fruit, low fat cheese and fat free yogurt with occasional bread and chicken.

Obviously you can always get fit if you try hard enough but it's stupid to think everyone who is fat is a slob, for me personally I have to get rid of all sugars and carbs in my diet so I can lose weight. If I eat any at all I will maintain or get fatter. I go to the gym 3 times a week. I'm feeling more and more like this since watching from 2010 onwards.
It really feels like the site is becoming exactly what Jeff wanted to avoid, he saw the rise of 'internet personalities' and was in front of the trend for years but since Ryans death the site has been freewheeling at best.
I stuck with them through the Topkeck darkage and was really hoping for some strong hires recently (Abby is great, Ben is a terrible hire for the West side which needed at least 1 new hire and a new Dan)

It feels like their days are closing. I can see one scenario which would be ideal - either Jeff and Brad move to East coast and cut off the West or East moves back to West with only Jeff G, Vinny, Dan, Brad, Abby and Jeff B.
