all of the "top" mice use the same sensor, its just a matter of how many obnoxious leds and exxxtreme XxXgamerXxX software bundle garbage you're willing to put up with just to program some buttons and set up dpi profiles.

For me Zowie and all other top mices have Deathadder shape while Logitech are the only ones less wide and more oval. I prefer the former. Though maybe 403 is different?
