i just want the game to run well on srtandard ps4 (900p(perhaps dynamic resolution) locked 30fps). That performance would line up with the first two games.

You guys should reduce your expectations. This gen's consoles were made to run last gens games at higher resolutions and a lot of the licensed engines are intended primarily for pc.

The next gen 2 to 5 years will have stronger processors and 1080p games will run flawless.

i'm just literally stating the limitations of consoles which is mostly cpmputational power, the simulations/game logic in modern games got more complex this gen but the processors did not keep up so we don't get high frame rates.

My expectations are in line with this and I just want a game that performs well on these platforms as they will not be on pc.

The average consumer does not care abotu framerates too much either. Considering that developers are also pushing imgage quality over performance too.

Though with the current trends in technology I'm pretty confident next gen consoles will compare favorably with the standard gaming pc cost wise.
