Infiny Evolved Expert mode (for general playtrought) or Age of Engineering (Tech only) if you want some hardcore recipe and farming faggotry. Expret mode of IE and Age of Engineering tier mods in such a way that you HAVE to use almost all of the mods avaliable in a pack to progress.

Contact customer support, I completely lost accesses to two accounts whenever it was they migrated to the new mojang system and couldn't use the automated recovery, but they helped me out pretty quick
