Well the thing is that the digital version, legacy collection and 25th anniversary boxes dont contain mgo, because they removed it and added trophies instead, i got a old copy of mgs4 for really cheap.

I doubt konami even knows about savemgo, I think that the couple of dollars it took to keep mgo 2 up made the suites at konami decide to shut it down, regardless that decision was retarded becauses they couldnt bother to keep mgo3 alive they just let it die

MGO2 was shut down to promote MGA, which was was years before MGS5 or MGO3 were out. There was no reason to keep including the MGO2 data if people couldn't even play it.
