No, witch. There's a distinction between the two, besides gender. Warlocks usually get shitty generic 'muh evil' spells.

Witches on the other hand have nice, cohesive themes: hexes, entropy, crows, brooms, black tar, tornadoes and calamities. Much more interesting and primal.

Witches always have an underlying motivation as to why they are wreaking havoc such as taking revenge on somebody, their family or even an entire village for scorning them, general misanthropy,seeking favor with the devil, that kind of thing.
Plus there are good witches, and there are no good warlocks.
