Start off heavy thrust then Chaos thrust rotation, activate BOTD before the final 3rd ability (I think chaos thrust). Wheel-Fang dat boy, then do your full thrust rotation. Prob get in 2 full thrust rotations before you have to refresh Chaos and prob 1 full thrust rotation before having to refresh heavy.

Build up eyes with jump and spineshatter.

If you need a quick refresh of BOTD about to run out and you can't press BOTD your AOE line attack will refresh it by 10 in a 2 hit combo.

Also using geirskogul before full 4 eyes means a 30-35 second cooldown to use geirskogul again. So make sure if you use it pre 4 eyes you have about 35 seconds until the next. When you are 4eyes using geirskogul becomes nastrond. If you have BOTD at anything under 20 seconds Nastrond/LOTD will increase to 20 seconds allowing 2 Nastronds (10 sec cooldown). If you have over 20 seconds of BOTD when becoming LOTD/nastrond you can get in 3 nastronds.

All I'm trying to say is too many tanks try to push the chainpulling idea in dungeons outside of 50/60/70 when most of the time at best it's marginally better, but sometimes worse when the healer can't dps or when the group isn't even that well suited for heavy AoE damage, it's perfectly fine in the level capped dungeons, but outside of that it's not always effective, especially for the tanks that pull all that shit then don't use cooldowns.
