Hudson got bought by Konami, 8ing got bought by Colopl. The latter doesn't mean all that much, but that's just one more hurdle that must be jumped in order for the game to be not ass.

play Bloody Roar Extreme online with Dolphin. it works pretty well. Extreme may seem to be Primal Fury with one extra character, but it also fixes the issues with sidestepping
