If you're asking about PC release, it's not been announced. UNIST just came out ~2 weeks ago in Japan, but the NA date is unknown. But if you can find a sale UNIEL is a very, very fun game that doesn't play like most animu fighters.

Blazblue by far. Like people have said it has literal Gods running around but even not counting those even the lower tier characters in-universe have pretty decent fire power thanks to their Nox Nyctores and Ars Magus, such as Bullet's Astral causing a huge crater from the resulting explosion.
UNIEL characters are technically immortal so they have that going for them as well as other special powers granted to them by their weapons. Some of them have been fighting for years so they have the experience and skill to supplement their powers as well.
Persona characters themselves aren't anything special not counting the end-game MC Persona. Aigis and Labrys would be the only ones to stand out thanks to being combat robots, but even that's nothing most of the BB cast can't deal with. Most of the cast are untrained teenagers who were just improvising with their weapons as well.
RWBY is definitely on the bottom even factoring in Aura and Semblances. Their Aura might give them a slight advantage over the Persona characters but once that's gone they'd go down pretty easily.

Nobody in the west does, some people finally started to in CP because she grew up a bit, but CF immediately un did it. Noel,Celica and Mai were the last straw for the western fanbase regarding Blazblue, the story's ending for Ragna just made them hate it all the more and felt like a giant waste of time so most of them moved to Guilty Gear or other fighters.

Nah. In terms of animation and general flow, Sun vs. Roman is still one of the highlights of the entire series. It's probably the best fight to show that Monty really did know his shit when it came to choreography and pacing. That's why most of the Volume 4 fights were ass despite technically having better animation and models. They had no flow or rhythm to them and ended up looking awkward as fuck.
