the "truth" mission that unlocks after grinding for so many hours isn't the ending. it's a lie that people are supposed to think is the ending. chapter 3 is real, first we must disarm. but disarmament is pretty much impossible unless either everyone has has nukes disarms everything they are holding (unlikely) or konami removes blockades/gives more anti nuke measures (more likely) but only when they are ready for the next part. we need more info on the movie first, as rising ip attention from chapter 3 will increase exposure for the movie.
