Itigaki deserves another chance. The guy just needs a stable company to work for with a decent budget. The Ninja Gaiden games were amazing so I definitely want to see what he could come up with under better circumstances. I think we will see another game from him. Hopefully he doesn't go making mobile games though.

This is the only game that I ever put on easy mode just so I could blast through it. It was an enjoyable power trip. I think the multiplayer was actually good and had some interesting modes.

They should have ported the multiplayer section of the game to the switch where you can make own lobbys with rules.

Itagaki created Dead or Alive, 3D Ninja Gaiden and Tecmo Bowl. These are 3 of the most successful Tecmo games in recent years. Tecmo Bowl literally saved them from bankruptcy and then again with 3D Ninja Gaiden.

Devil's Third was made with an incredibly low budget, then they lost their publisher halfway through development and had to start from scratch on new hardware and new Engine since they lost the rights to use the Darksider Engine. Devil's Third being released on such good state was a miracle in itself and the game wasn't even that bad either.
