This is anonymous imageboard. Doesn't make sense to have "flags" or any other identifiers. Why /int/ and /pol/ have them is because on /int/ people want to be able to distinquish that they are actually from that country and on /pol/ the flags and identifiers are in place because there are lot of political propaganda spamming. There should be a system that randomly permabans anyone who tries submitting a post, and as you post more, you're less likely to be banned.
As your chance to get banned decreases, you value the quality of your posts more and the whole board benefits.

Board only needs more active mods that don't leave a blatant off topic thread open while deleting other vidya related threads. Thread IDs are debatable but it would shut the samefags and shills down, theoretically. Then again dynamic IPs get around that easily.
