That ain't rotation practicing. He starts the fight with three sen, uses Midare, then uses Meikyo to immediately build up to three sen once again so he can do an unbuffed. Not only is it impossible to start a fight with three sen, but both of his Midares would have been without his Jinpu damage buff. Also he pops Third Eye for literally no reason, as it does nothing against a dummy.
