Found it at a garage sale when I was really young.

Such a deep game, you got to build your own figures from Globotech parts.

You could give them different special moves and battery packs, and all sorts of shit. The maps were pretty fun too, I think I played in the Bathroom the most.

It was just a 1v1 fighting game IIRC.

Recommend getting it on Steam. The Gold HD version works well now, without any slowdown issues due to modern hardware after a patch.

Awesome RTS with an inque gimmick in that you dont control your units directly. You only build buildings and recruit heroes, then put bounties on enemies and enemy hideouts. Game gets really hard once you're down with the beginner maps.

Story/Campaign mode was really good and the story and way it was weaved into gameplay was really good. Arguably forerunner of the heavily hero-based RTS stuff we get now, too, but with better base building/management aspects.

Sequel was pretty boring since it went back on a lot of the story developments and also was like "lol now lets put humans in to see how they compare."

Had some of the best town raiding mechanics I've seen in vidya, believe it or not. Clunky as all fuck to control to control your men but you could call it quits before really hitting the garrison, just looting outlying huts and taking the slow peasants hostage (by manually escorting them to your ship so they don't run away, mind)
