I know it's just a bad bait, but It's not about getting gud, it's pretty obvious that it was a dangerous spot, it makes no sense to slow down and not being on the center, one might say the guy on the video did it on purpose to show how "bad" the gameplay are.
Also, this is just a really bad case of cherry picking, one spot on the game doesn't represent the gameplay at all, and it's not even an "issue".

This. 60fps causes collision bugs. The real flaw is that the game isn't natively 60fps and you have to use a third party mod, but you can't blame bugs caused by the mod on the game. You're not playing it the way it was intended.

Souls gameplay was loved because it was a breath of fresh air in a stagnant genre. Most games of its kind saw you dropping 50 hit juggling aerial combos where none of your attacks felt like they really had any weight behind them
