They're involved in numerous projects, and they're not hurting for money (thus, it's not "logical, business and financial point of view"). These games take time (especially the art/graphics work in DBZ) and it would be more fruitful for them to wait to put out P5 Fighting when

Maybe you don't remember, but it took Atlus exactly 4 years to realize how popular Persona 4 really was, and they started agressively milking all at once, not gradually. Remember, the anime, Q, the dancing shit, the Vita remake all were announced at once.
I bet if Atlus realized this earlier they wouldn't have waited 4 years.
