I still get matches on the PC version so I'm sure the PS4 version is fine.

After Tekken 7 came out, I lost any desire to play SFV, so I've gone back to SFIV for my Street Fighter fix. It's truly a much better game.

Serious question guys, if i am hopeless at street fighter and i want to get gud with Sakura and Makoto for USFIV, what shall i do? Should i seek out to learn some universal mechanics about how the game works first? Or just seek out character tutorials on youtube? How fo i know the good ones? Views? Or would you all recommend other methods?

start with Ryu like everyone does
learn how to block: switching between crouching and standing block + teching
learn to anti air on reaction
learn some basic footsies and cancel them into specials like cr. mk.
learn a simple but damaging punishing combo

after that you are pretty much good to go. Don't bother with 1frame links and plinking at all. You might want to check google for efficent combos for characters like Sakura.
