That's a false equivalency. They have some console games. They have every final fantasy. There aren't games that are exclusive to PC either, they pretty much just get the leftovers of consoles. I guess I just didn't understand what steam was.

It's kind of meh. Procedurally-connected rooms that often feel empty, uninteresting and artificial, when they aren't filled with randomly-spawning, wall-clipping and off-screen attacking hordes of ennemies. That makes the pacing beyond fucked.

It tries to be both a metroidvania and a rogue-lite but isn't great in either aspect.

Dead Cells does this better because it's more a 2D action rogue-lite and doesn't really try to be a metroidvania. Levels are more interesting, ennemies are better placed, and you are more rewarded when your run ends.

In Sundered, when you die, you go back at the central hub with XP to spent in boring stats (more health, more damage dealt, basically), and you have to go back to the randomly-constructed area you were in to progress further.
It's like playing a classic metroidvania with no save rooms and big, boring areas.
