He pretty much has the same team and now has an engine that's already done instead of making one. I think the gameplay will be the last of the worries with his games. Usually his retarded meta 4th wall breaking pseudo intellectual design decisions are what ruin his games. On a Technical level I'd say all of his games are really impressive though, he has an insanely competent team behind him.

He founded the damn studio like a year or so ago; since then he's built an entire crew, has an engine, according to several insiders has gameplay running, hired his cast, and is well into development.

He may have taken forever with V since it was his first open world game and built an engine from scratch to run it. But he's no Square-Enix, he can actually deliver something fun in under a decade.
