I like XD for having the early game by starting at L10 instead of Colosseum's L25 start, and it had more to do

But I will say having a set pair of strong starters in Colosseum is neat too, and nothing beats the feeling as a kid when some random Admin throws out a friggin Entei.

Not really, but I'm willing to try and have one here now.
I loved the new shadow moves and purification mechanics added to XD from Colosseum. The extra moves, especially stuff like Shadow Rain, made using those Pokemon not feel like a drag for the first 20 battles or whatever you use them for.
I much prefer the story and character design from Colosseum though. I almost hope they end up remaking/porting Colosseum to 3ds or Switch but add the extra moves and shit from XD to make it a more enjoyable playthrough.
