They haven't revisited Vice City since Vice City stories. They've done a Vice City twice, Liberty three times, San Andreas three times...

Maybe the thing to do would be to retry The City from GTA 2. That or Carcer. It's an absolute Hellhole in every timeline so there's definitely a comitted theme of what American failure looks like.

I would love to have a whole game based around the Las Venturas part of the SA's storyline. You play as a henchman for a Triad boss feuding with other organized crime families on the Strip. You'd also have Lake Mead, Mount Charleston and the Mojave Desert with Area 51.
