Don't remind me, it still makes me sad.
>Dart, survive and...
>>386488587
I'M STILL FUCKING MAD
FUCK YOU SOFIA LAMB
>>386490654
Not on fucking pacifist route I couldn't. Just not fast or skilled enough.
Well, if there was a more flexible timelimit I could have done quite simply.

Guy was a total jew, would've backstabbed you later on anyway
Merely pretending.
>I'm going to where Mom is now.
>>386491867
But the twist is that he was actually loyal and didn't backstab you like Fontaine in the first game.
>>386488587
>>386491867
Sinclair was actually a decent human being unlike the other business men in Rapture.
>>386492174
He did nothing wrong.
>>386492174
>men don't cry
>cries after playing this
>>386488587
>he charged in to try to save you after you lost consciousness
>got captured
>transformed into a big daddy
>fight against his will with you
>you killed him
>"thank you"
>>386488587
Why do people like this guy again? He was the same man who had Delta contracted out and turned into a Big Daddy.
there were probably many more, for some reason I remember only heryea, I know you can save her (now)
>>386488587
that guy in half-life 2 who died in the sand chapter
Poor lazlooo
Maybe one of the most tragic characters in vidya.
>for me it's always like this
;_;
>>386491597
I recently re-played and planning made all the difference, if you're quick you can just dart everyone that moves and a single EMP grenade will take out the robot. It's pretty damn hard keeping undetected during this but I was able to do it the last time around in just a few tries.
>>386494228
>implying
>>386488587
>>386491597
I really liked it that part. It made staying on a pacifist super hard, or provided you with an in character incentive to start dropping bodies and typhoon-ing kids like an anime edgelord.
>>386489752
Should not have charged the faggot. His fault.
>>386491597
>do it on pacifist, doing whole game on pacifist
>takes a few tries but it's kind of fun having to groundhog's day this frantic firefight
>finally do it and get on with my life
>finish the game and don't get the 'kill nobody' achievement
>mfw I find out the exploding robot in that fight can kill nearby knocked out people
>>386495947
Fuck that, I would use Steam Achievement Manager. You earned that shit IMO.
>>386493285
Why the fuck would you want to?
>>386496148
That's Mukuro, not Junko.
>>386496148
Not that guy but I wanted to too. There is nobody quite like her. She intrigues me.
She didn't survive the fight against the Powder Gangers. I couldn't get a bury the dead mod to work so I dragged her body out into the desert. Very sad.
Later I came back to the body because I needed stuff to sell for caps.
>>386493285
>>386496324
Are there seriously people that don't abuse the save system to make sure nobody they like ever dies?
>>386491496
>rescue the little sisters because I'm not a monster
>spare the lady in the apartments because she was brainwashed and misinformed
>spare the dude in the part because he was just trying to save his own skin
>spare the dude in the tank because I'm not killing some insane dude who's pretty much harmless now
>Eleanor fucking rescues Lamb at the end because of this
>somehow me not wanting to murder literal children and helpless people who did nothing wrong and are no threat to me means of course it's the right thing to forgive and save a homicidal psychopath who would rather kill her own daughter than let her not be a pawn in her retarded evil plan
>this is presented as a good thing
Bioshock 2 was fucking great in so many ways but the whole morality system was so fucking shit.
>>386496521
Bioshock has always had trash morality. You either spare / save everyone as an angel or don't for just one guy and you're a monster.
>>386496521
>spare the dude in the part because he was just trying to save his own skin
Fucker is the reason you are a Bid Daddy, he sold you out.
>spare the dude in the tank
It's been a while but I think he tells you or leaves you a note asking you to mercy kill him.
>>386494702
That hurts the most because it is literally impossible for anyone to save her. Killing the monster for her does nothing, in fact it contributes to her own sense of weakness and helplessness, which is why she's stuck there in the first place, forever fighting an unwinnable battle.
>>386496492
>Are there seriously people that don't abuse the save system to make sure nobody they like ever dies?
I quicksave about every 30 seconds, but that's only because Bethesda engine games seem to crash-to-desktop at literally any moment on my machine. I don't want to have to replay bits because of a CTD.
If a character I like dies, they are dead and I won't change it. I like when that can happen. It's like an emergent story. Emergent stories is one of the best things about open world RPGs.
>>386496521
>spare the dude in the tank because I'm not killing some insane dude who's pretty much harmless now
There's an audio log where he says if he goes crazy to kill him. I always do, it's what he would've wanted
>>386496653
In Bioshock 1 you were either a normal guy who tried to save children, or a psychopath who kills children. It's not great but it at least makes sense. Bioshock 2 makes no fucking sense.
>>386496817
He was just doing what he had to in order to survive.
And I have a bit of thing about euthanasia, I consider it morally objectionable under all circumstances. Especially when the guy is still aware enough to have a self-concept and feel pleasure/pain.
>>386488587
I honestly wish there was a way to choose not killing Andrew Ryan.
>>386490654
She's actually alive. In Deus Ex mankind divided there's an easter egg where Adam Jensen finds a message from her inscribed in a cereal box, with a toy replica of her V-TOL inside of it.
>>386488587
He didn't deserve to get burned by that horsefaced tranny

Going full mercy/vengeance in bio 2 removes all choice from the end.
Playing more neutral actually lets you directly decide what Eleanor does at the end

More corpses.
>>386495947
Same thing happened to me, except I didn't wait until the end of the game to find out. I checked the bodies and saw one was dead so I immediately did the fight again.
>>386498112
The signs were there from the beginning.
>>386497387
I should have sided with him to be honest, I sided with Playboy because loyalty and knowing him first and shit
>>386497836
It was smart of them to put in that information that he did some shady things as a false flag, after the first game of course.
>>386496521
You don't actually have to save the guy in the tank to get the nice guy ending, they consider that one ambiguous I guess.
Myself, from playing this game
