So what even is Neng? A friend and I played through the game for laughs a couple of weeks ago. Was this a TV show, a wacky musical persona, or just a sketch comedy character? From all the clips I've seen this guy is always hyper as fuck and is causing trouble on talk shows. The only real info about this character is from the actor's Spanish wiki page.

Can someone please enlighten me on the lore of Neng?
