No, they are nothing alike FO3/NV. The latter are console-oriented RPGs in FP-view, while STALKERs are PC-focused FPS games with some RPG elements.

Brigador was a nice surprise for me. A friend gift me the game.

Shame not many people play it but I think is mostly for the isometric view and the arcade style of the gameplay and how people wanted a huge mech to plow everything in they path instead of a more realistic damage style.
