There's a pretty legit strategy of using Crit Kingdra however, since crits also ignore attack debuffs on yourself, so you just spam full powered Draco Meteors.

I fucking love Has Been Heroes game for this reason.
It's got some amazingly retarded skill/spell/item stacking and synergies. Late-game gets fucking crazy.
>Rogue hits three times in a single attack.
>Use spell that doubles the amount of hits.
>Activate Soul Orb (basically a special bonus you get after killing a certain amount of enemies in an encounter that lets you cast any spell instantly, regardless of cooldown status).
>Use that same spell to double their hits to 12 hits.
>Use second spell orb to cast that same spell so the rogue will now do 24 hits on their next.
>Thanks to all the items I gave the Rogue, they have a 85% chance to crit, each crit has a 10% chance to explode and cause 500 fire damage and each attack has a 20% chance to cause additional lightning damage.

At the start of each run, your Rogue does around 70 damage in an attack. That attack did around 3k.

I haven't played a game that is more enjoyable in regards to stacking spells, buffs and items and then making everything explode and covering the screen in damage numbers. It's incredible.
