Closest I can really say I've noticed is the obvious like Asura's Wrath, and then in games like Nioh where there are enemy monks transformed into Yokai with little details from Buddhist lore you wouldn't know about if you hadn't read some sutras. Like the big Onyudo guys have the super long tongues, in one sutra at the beginning Buddha gets a super long tongue that reaches the heavens as a sign he's about to start preaching some serious Dharma. The title of the game itself refers to Bodhisattvas that guard the Buddha and are fierce warriors.

The biggest misconception regarding Buddhism as a practice is in how it is practiced and understood. There is a circularity to Buddhist perspectives much like one would have to learn to be able to program in a programming language or speak a foreign language. Nigga Japanese games are full of that stuff. Granted, I will give you the fact that Bud/Hind stuff is usually just namedropped instead of being something more thoroughly developed like they do with Christian/Nordic mythos.

For example in DMC3 you have an object called Vajra. It is just well, a vajra whose only purpose is being part of a puzzle. Or Agni & Rudra, a boss/weapon with the name of an Asura iirc, but that stuff is not even close to being relevant in to the game's narrative or lore.
