How can faggots like you still exist.. Learn to gitgud with a controller, TF2 is made by the team that perfected FPS aiming on consoles. M+KB is easy as fuck and literally everyone that grew up playing cs1.6 is adept with M+KB. Getting good with a controller is just as easy if you put the same amount of time into it and once you're used to it it feels better to play with analogue movement and not having to be hunched over a desk. Or if you're a real asshole you can get that device that lets you hook M+KB up to PS4.
