It doesn't play as terribly as IV. Level design is miles ahead of IV LC and has a very nice size scale. It doesn't feature a permanent puke filter. A whole lot more vehicles and not just 30 shitboxes and 1 sports car, also aircrafts. Missions are better as well, but a bit too scripted for my tastes. Personally I find RAGE GTA garbage for many reasons, but V is undeniably thrice the game IV was.

That's what I've been saying. They missed opportunities with such things. SA had a great mission, for instance, with the Area 69 infiltration.
