I think claw or palm, moving the mouse physically a great distance would be more accurate and seems to be what the pros do
I just play casually and finger grip is not taxing physically

I use my whole body like a sex beast unleashed.
i do
On top of that, I use a Model M keyboard and a Steelseries gamur mouse so I hardly have any room on my keyboard tray. I'm talking literally 4 inches of horizontal movement for my mouse.

Why not use the best of all three?
>palm with mid on r.mouse, ring and pinky along the side for comfort
>fingertip index on wheel for ease of scrolling
>claw thumb to other side for comfort/stability
>use mixture of fingers and wrist to move mouse around pad
its like you haven't been using computers for 25 years or something
