how long you are using it?

Looks pretty cool. I might suggest moving the start buttons to the side so you don't accidentally push them, but it looks nice either way.

In other news, my friend made a hit box with each of the buttons corresponding to the placement of his fingers in resting position, so he's using like his pinky to press left and having attack buttons mapped to his left hand. He's been playing like dogshit lately and I suspect he's not likely to improve because of this weird placement, but he thinks when he gets enough practice with the layout he'll do fine. I'll try and post a picture in a bit.

You can get the kit minus the buttons/stick for about 12 dollars. What platforms are you planning on using this on? It doesn't work with Xbone or PS4 natively.

It's a great kit then because it's so modular. Make sure you mount your pcb and use zipties or the like to keep your cables neat inside of the case. If you plan on using it for awhile, I would just get the kit (FocusAttack has it for 12 dollars as mentioned. You may be able to find it cheaper on ebay) and then invest in proper stick/buttons like sanwa/seimitsu/crown(samducksa) so you won't ever have to replace the parts. This also allows you to get colors you desire. I also recommend considering the underside of your stick to have either rubber feet or some felt/foam so it doesn't slide around as much.

Sanwa. They sell top notch stuff. I actually bought a fightstick (Mayflash F300) and replaced the buttons + stick with sanwa. They're worth the price (especially the stick). Also, rememer to buy a restrictor plate base on what you like. They cost about 75 cents. Most sticks come with a square plate.

I haven't tried Tekken or SFV. It uses the Skullgirls driver, so I imagine that works.

You plug it and the game recognizes it. It may have some weird things like being recognized as a 2nd controller. You can disconnect the DS4 no problem.
