Still, canon means nothing to the vast majority of the people who played TW3, so almost no one made their choice based on the books.

Her name is Cirilla Fiona Elen Riannon. For most of her childhood she was an orphan, but then the best witcher ever and much-famed hero of the games, Geralt of Rivia, adopted her. He soon began to discover her exceptional abilities, and thus introduced her into witcherdom. Being a child of the Elder Blood, she can manipulate time and space, has exceptional reflexes and has more potential in magic than any sorceress who ever lived. As a consequence of her ability to manipulate time and space, she can teleport behind her enemies to surprise attack them, and once she defeated a werewolf and a griffin without a silver sword :O The Wild Hunt is after her and she may decide the fate of the whole world!

Did I mention she's the daughter of Emhyr var Emreis yet, the most powerful man in the Witcher universe?

She's also retardedly fuckable and has a cool badass scar, but despite being a fierce warrior who can blend in with the guys, her personality is warm and motherly.
