in the souls games all characters are the same height besides from special NPC cases.
In fact in DS1 there is a vendor NPC who is floating above ground to make him appear taller than you, sort of a funny trick, but looks goofy if you notice he's hovering.

As popular as it is, it's a perfectly valid answer. Most FPS's, including class-based ones like the Team Fortress games, stick everybody at identical eye height. Only other game I've seen do that is Timesplitters, and only with Monkey. And the mode where you shrink when you're behind on kills I guess.
Speaking of Blizzard, HotS is probably the only moba I've seen where character hitboxes are scaled based on the visual width of the character. Azmodan's an obese laser crab demon thing that takes up like 5x as much space as normal human characters like Li-Ming or Jaina.
