no kidding, OP you are spot on.
I played a decent amount of SC custom games and the shit out of WC3 custom games, then SC2 came out and my friend played nothing but legitimate ranked multiplayer.
Taking Starcraft seriously is so fucking boring.
I still fire it up every few months to play "arcade" or whatever the fuck they call custome games now. In fact, reinstalling now.

Fuck esports and epeen. Ruined overwatch too. Game was decent until competitive mode was added.
