A bad Power Stone is still a pretty good game.

Most of the LOTR games, ps1 Harry Potter games are the best I can recall. Some guy mentioned LOTR The Third Age and it was an absolutely top tier game, I especially liked the 'you are the boss' mode which was pretty fun if limited

Dragonball Z Legendary super warriors was insanely good for a color game seeing as it covered the entire story of the Anime had tight game play pretty good music and a massive roster of playable characters.

Also DBZ The legacy of Goku II and Buu's fury were fun adventures that did a wonderful job of capturing the spirit of what made DBZ fun and supplying pretty good gameplay
