Not enough content for the $$ I'd imagine. 3 maps that have mostly identical content for a full price game is pushing it.

What stopped me from buying it was having to watch other people play when you died. Fuck that, I love an OP jason. Not so much having to watch some fucker hiding in the woods for 8 min because I screwed up and died.

Server reliability, no text chat, shitty playerbase. Glad it got cracked and I managed to get in 10 hours online launch week and shelved it forever. Fantastic score and sound design though.

No it's fully released. They had a beta and when they released it by all accounts very little had changed (sadly the norm anymore).

On pc the normal for a AAA game is about $50. This felt more like a $25-30 early access title.

in every video i see the game looks like it's from 2006.
Are they planning on patching it?

Price was too high for the amount of content. If it was half the price it would've been fine. The game was a lot of fun with friends.
