the last impression i got of revision, before it stopped getting spread everywhere, was that it was mostly a graphics overhaul whose incompleteness somewhat spoiled it (mix of HD and vanilla assets, eg. high-poly new Gunther and MJ12 cyborg soldier models, but everyone else vanilla, same situation with every other type of asset).

Revision is garbage. Changes things that don't need to be changed.

It's not worth it for the graphics update. Instead of looking like a game from 2000 it just makes it look like a game from 2002.
