There really are only 3 endings and 1 of them is just grinding. The game really doesn't invite you to replay it since only the ending changes.

It took deep RPGs from yesteryear and boiled them down to a short, linear experience which interrupts what little gameplay you have with what are essentially cutscenes. Nobody likes this game because it's a good RPG, they like it because it has "memorable characters".

The sound design and soundtrack trick you into thinking you're playing a "good" game when objectively speaking most of Undertale is mediocre as fuck when judged on its own.

If Undertale didn't have a notable soundtrack it would just be one of those random Game Maker RPGs absolutely nobody gives a shit about
