Like when she accidentally jumps into actual OUR WORLD plagued Venice, accidentally picks up an infected flea on her coat, and eventually results in inflecting Witcher-world with Black Plague (it's still mentioned even in the games, in fact TW1 actually takes time back when the plague is killing people left and right) that kills 1/3rd of the entire population due to lol alien disease no immunity.

It's a small neat scenario that will happen if you attempt to kill Daud in vanilla Dishonored 1 using the time-stop power.
It turns out, the fucker isn't affect by the power, so if you try to attack him he'll just laugh and parry you away. Then, once the power wears off and the time starts moving again, HE'll cast timestop himself, saying "We shall fight like two men had never before" or something like that, and you can have a nice little battle while time stands still for all the guards and shit in the room.

The neatest little touch is that he'll cast it every time after you did, meaning that you can end up taking turns (he'll cast it once, you'll cast it once, he'll cast it once etc...) for as long as you want, or until one of you is dead.

You can mingle and take long country rides with Nilfgaardian ambassadors trough Novigrad and then go meet Radovid. No one will acknowledge it Radovid is never interested in what you do for Nilfgaard or Ciri

You can mind control that nilfgaardian camp commander into giving you info, yet you cannot even attempt this to anyone in the main quest. Ciri was part of the barons hunting party anyone of his men could be paid off or mind controlled for info. Maybe even the Baron. But this never comes into play there's no explanation why you don't do it or attempt it.

Everyone in Novigrad would know if a girl with completely unique look rode trough the temple quarter decapitating dozens of people on the way then using magic and teleporting out of the most holy place in the city. Yet you need to do some bullshit quests to even obtain this information.
